Dr. Grace-Sola Oludoyi, a qualified Psychiatrist, is the Executive Pastor and the wife of the Senior pastor of RCCG, Royal Connections, a vibrant church that is on the cutting edge.
PGSO, as she’s affectionately referred to by Royal Connections family, is a woman of many parts; a woman on a mission. She’s not just a wife and mother but a practical down to earth preacher and teacher of the Word.
Her uncompromising yet positive approach to the Gospel strengthens, instructs and challenges people to new levels in Christ. She places a high value on her up, close and personal relationship with God.
She is a Christian counsellor, whose mission is to heal not just “broken bones” but to heal the “broken mind”.
She’s passionate about Womanhood- her Relationships, Health and total Well being.
One of her desires is to see more singles making the right choice in marriage bound relationships. She is an encourager, and mentor to many, including pastors’ wives.
As a naturally gifted leader and ‘organiser’, one of her great assets is the ability to plan and coordinate events and programmes of diverse kinds. Her eye for detail and her ‘perfectionist’ nature makes her work to stand out amongst many. With a love for God, she strives for excellence as she believes only the best is good enough for Him.

PGSO is the president of Royal Women Ministry, host of the popular “Woman on a Mission” conference, and the visionary of a unique non-denominational ‘Dining with Christ’ ministries which hosts women from all walks of life to create an opportunity for elegantly dressed ladies to have fun in a relaxed atmosphere; away from worries and the day to day responsibilities.
Her “Iron Sharpeneth Iron (ISI)” Mentoring class for women is life changing and impactful. She oversees the 2-SHALL-B-1 Marriage ministry in church.
She serves as Director of Total Woman ministries which aim to bring out the best in women by motivating, developing and encouraging women to wholeness internationally. She also currently serves as events coordinator of RCCG, Good Women Fellowship UK.
She is an international conference and seminar speaker, who has ministered in UK, Scandinavia, USA and Africa with testimonies abounding.
PGSO is author of 3 bestsellers: “I Pronounce You Husband and Wife!”, “Let Nothing put Asunder!” and her latest one, titled “One Thing Led To Another”
She’s involved in several charity works in UK and abroad.
Dr. Grace-Sola is a native of Nigeria. Her educational excellence led her to study medicine in Ukraine, in former Soviet Union, where she excelled in her studies and graduated as a medical doctor. She went on to practice Psychiatry, worked in NHS, UK for a nine year period, till she was called into full time ministry in 2005.
She gave her life to Christ in 1994 and has been Pastoring alongside her dear husband, Dr. David Sola Oludoyi for some years.
Dr. Grace-Sola is described as a ‘simple but wise woman’. She is fluent in Russian language.
She enjoys reading, housekeeping, and coordinating the affairs of her husband, who she doggedly supports.
They are blessed with 3 lovely children Sade, Enoch-David and Mary-Grace.
